The original home had a simple hip roof with no overhangs and aging metal roofing. The roof also has structural integrity issues, requiring careful remodeling and reinforcement of the trusses within the attic space. This was done with minimal affect on the interior of the home, and the clients were able to continue living in the home the entire time.

The remodeled home now oozes curb appeal with a large scale covered front porch featuring beautiful exposed timber frame joinery with tongue and groove ceiling, a ceiling fan and recessed lights; generous overhangs throughout to keep snow and moisture away from the foundation; and a fully remodeled and expanded master bedroom suite.
